About Me – Shopify & Web Developer Based in the Philippines

I'm a senior web developer with over 14 years of experience, and for the past 5 years, I’ve been focused mainly on Shopify. I specialize in building and customizing Shopify themes, optimizing storefront performance, and integrating Shopify apps and APIs to support business needs.Since 2019, I’ve led and contributed to a wide range of eCommerce projects—everything from store setup and Shopify Liquid development to performance optimization and third-party app integration. I’ve worked with clients around the world and most recently led development work for Overstock.com, using Shopify Online Store 2.0 features and best practices.Before focusing on Shopify, I worked with WordPress and various front-end stacks. That background gave me strong foundations in responsive design, accessibility, and user-centered development.I enjoy solving technical problems, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to bring ideas to life.I work remotely from the Philippines, and when I'm not coding, I spend my weekends as a hands-on dad. Being a father helps me stay grounded and reminds me why I love building digital experiences that work well for real people.
